The TRAQS team arranged an appointment for me at a suitable place and time.
On the day before my appointment I arrived home from work to find that the hospital had cancelled my appointment. I had arranged for the afternoon off and so had my wife so we had to reorganise our days (the cancellation letter in the post).
So far I await a replacement appointment. Had the letter been delayed, I would have arrived at the hospital to find out about the cancellation.
