I had a great experience after initially being quite apprehensive about attending this group with Hetty's. In the end I came away feeling very informed and also very positive mentally, which is a great way to feel while in prison.
So, I must say thank you to Hetty's and the support workers for helping me to take a step forward and hopefully they will be the bridge closing the gap between my family and myself.
