Attended A&E with sever tummy pain. I was treated very very well by a doctor and a nurse within the department. Very caring and a quick response when I arrived. Once admitted to a surgical ward my care can be described as very uncaring. The nurses on the ward were fantastic but they constantly had to chase bloods, scans and doctors. The care from the a junior doctor was non existent and bedside manor was not great. I have since rec'd an apology. So much so my problem is still unresolved and I was just sent home with no diagnosis. I have since paid to take out private medical cover so I am never treated in this way again.
