Anything else?

Found it difficult to understand the Consultant. She asked questions that should have been in my notes and gave me no chance to ask her questions! In between the consultation another member of staff knocked the door re another patient, after which, she kept the door open and then said I could go now!!

I am sorry - your experience was clearly not good and I can understand your dissatisfaction. The consultant may have been asking you questions to check your understanding or perhaps to check whether things were the same with you as before - however that said you absolutely should have been given the opportunity to ask questions yourself and this should have been offered to you before you left - I am again sorry.

Whilst being disturbed during your consultation may happen from time to time it should be the exception or an urgent issue and where possible between consultations and not during them.

I have passed your feedback onto the teams - but in the meantime in light of you not having had the chance to ask any questions if there is anything you are worried or concerned about you can contact me directly at: jennie.negus@ulh.nhs.uk and I will try and help in any way that I can. Thank you for leaving your feedback and once again please accept our apologies.
