What I liked
All the staff tried to make ward 17 seem a happy environment. Surgical procedures were well explained. Nothing was too much trouble even though the staff were sometimes delayed in taking their breaks.
Contrary to popular rumours, the food was excellent.
What could be improved
The consultants/doctors were not always seen to use the cleansing facilities between patients.
