Absolutely useless. Treat patients like utter rubbish. Home treatment team is useless. Show up at infrequent times, drop off meds and offer no support or counseling to the patients they are visiting!! There is no one to call direct to voice concerns.. When you do eventually get through they are vague, dismissive and rude!! Appalling place. No structure. No one to liaise to, no counselling or therapy for patients. More of a take these tablets and shut up approach. I'm going to see the local MP to discuss the mental health department in Haringey and think the press also needs to get involved. Shambollic!! I am the sister of a patient who has been under the useless home treatment team since April!
