Anything else?
Arrived for my 15.30 pm. Appt. , seen and ushered in at 15.10. Dealt with ,and questioned and made comfortable and relaxed. Doctor and trainee doctor informed of procedures and the colonoscopy proceeded with only a certain amount of discomfort. I thank all the staff in the endoscophy dept. For their patience and expertise. Well done the nhs.
