Having had a very tight chest and very bad breathing problems and with my inhaler doing nothing for me, I had to go to hospital, (something I hate!) I was seen to initially by a member of staff who was courteous polite and friendly. She saw to me quickly and found me a doctor who was first class, he really involved me and was friendly approachable and kind throughout. Along with another member of staff you could sense they had their patients well being at heart and genuinely cared, they had a superb bedside manner and were able to turn a trip which I usually hate into an enjoyable yet thorough experience.
