I was astonished at the level of care I received.
I was treated like a VIP from the moment I approached the reception desk. Everything was explained to me in simple terms.
I was constantly reassured, the sock lady, nurses, assistants, anesthetist, surgeon, students - all treated me as if I was the most important person in the whole world, and I left feeling humbled by my hospital experience
