I have never been so disgusted by a hospital. My husband came 30 miles and took time off work for spinal injections and waited 3 hours to be told it couldn't be done as they didn't have the notes! They wrote to us for the appointment. We have waited 6 months for this appointment, for someone in pain that is a lifetime. Absolutely appalled, official complaint in the post!!
