Traveled from London to await arrival of my 1st great grandchild with my daughter this was her 1st grandchild although we did not expect to see the arrival we were hoping to see him after he arrived but was told we had to wait until visiting time which we did then to be told we had to wait till the next visiting time which was at 6pm but we had to leave by 4pm to get back to London as the drive is four hours and my daughter had to be back at work the next day we asked if she could just see him, her son also asked as we had gone up there to support him and his partner but was still told no the reason we were told was hygiene I then had a look around the hospital and i never saw one bacterial handwash inside or outside any ward or by the lifts all hospitals now have these but this hospital is lacking this hygiene my daughter came home feeling empty my grandson was upset that his Mum had not seen his baby
