I took my mother for out patients eye appointment. Noticed guy there cleaning. One cloth to clean handle bar by seats, from handle bar to door plate to door handle. No change. I wrote a note, but lady at reception said theyre never read, as nobody knows where the key is kept? ha. No wonder you pick up bugs, your spreading it through staff. I was disgusted. Dont like Heartlands, never have. :(
