"Absolutely outrageous care. Not a good service at..."

About: New Cross Hospital

Anything else?

New Cross Hospital is a major disaster. I will never ever let any of my family or friends go there ever again after the hell of a experience my sister has been put through and Is still experiencing this awful, selfish and unconvenient care ! This kind of care should never ever be given to anyone. It is seriously distraught! My sister was admitted into New Cross Hospital via ambulance when she was having severe breathing difficulties and was not able to digest her intake of foods or liquids. We thought taking her to a 'trusted, well known health service ' would be the best thing for her. However this was a major mistake as she has had not yet even been seen by a doctor after several days of tests been done on her along side having the endoscope procedure. The endoscope test was where we began to worry majorly about how nhs are treating her as she was continually isolated and being pushed to the back of queue and was waiting for the better half of three hours ! Once this endoscope test had been done after waiting for long hours, she was taken back to her room in her ward and when she asked for something to eat , as she was not aloud to eat before the test happening. there was no food 'apparently' ! Yet after being In new cross hospital for nearly 6 days and being put through such terrible care my sister has still not been seen by 'a Doctor' ! Every time we ask nurses on the ward as to 'when is the doctor coming' - the reply we have been getting for the last 6 days is - 'the doctor will be here soon'. Never ever realised that 'soon' is defined as 6 days?! My sister has been told she is in a ward that she shouldn't even be on. Therefore we now know that the 'doctor' has either forgotten or doesn't care about the health of my sister. My sister has been undergoing many test in these terrible 6 days she has been in hospital. Not once has she got any result or feedback from anyone about any of the tests that have been done. This is disgusting! We are majorly disappointed and sickened by the stupid care that she has been given. Clearly Nhs need to employ better doctors and better employees. To this day - day 6- we still do not know what is wrong with her and neither do the nurses on the ward neither the 'doctor' who is no where to bee seen care about my sister! I hope this care is insanely improved and sorted . Further action will be taken as this is absolutely un acceptable! Me and My Family are totally disgusted by this behaviour and feel sorry for any other patients who are also getting treated ike my sister ! We hope for any of us to never have to visit New Cross Hospital every again after the care my sister has been put through ! PS - Either employ better and well trained staff, or sort out the staff working there now! This is a terrible experience and do not wish for anyone to go throught what our family and my ill sister has !
