About: Stafford Hospital

Anything else?

I was admitted into the SAU on Friday 1st November 2013, with abdominal pains, stayed overnight then moved to ward eight. Although well into the week end, all the medical staff worked very well and was diagnosed with gall stones / inflamed gb. The treatment and care I received during my stay was impeccable. Thank you Stafford hospital. During my stay there, I witnessed a patient throw a cup of tea at a nurse, another nurse verbally abused By the same patient. It's a pity the staff have to put up with such abuse.

Dear "Wigwam"

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this lovely feedback. I am delighted that your experience was so positive and hope you are now feeling much better. Comments like yours really do make a difference to our staff who work very hard to ensure all patients are treated with the care and compassion they would wish to receive themselves.

Kind Regards

Angela Grocott
