I was referred to the rapid access clinic again ( previous visit February 2012 ). I was very worried and concerned about my health. My appointment was a little late but, I didn't mind waiting. I saw a really lovely consultant that listened to my symptoms, talked to me and answered questions and treated me with respect. The doctor supporting him was also very kind and considerate, she was patient with me and helpful. I have nothing but praise for the team in this department. In 2012 I was lucky enough to be seen and operated on within a couple of weeks. All the staff are amazing, from the receptionists to consultants. The team know that patients are worried and they do their best to support you.
