What I liked

We would like to take this opportunity of thanking you for the care that you have taken in looking after our daughter.

We felt she was looked after by a very dedicated team, every question and situation was dealt with much professionalism. These days it seems that so much criticism is made of the NHS however in our experience it has never let us down, we feel that all the staff who work so hard in often very stressful situations and under great financial pressure deserve praise where it is due.

We are very pleased to learn that you had a positive experience and that you found all the staff carried out their work in a caring manner. We will pass on your kind comments to the staff as it’s always encouraging to know their hard work is appreciated. We hope your daughter is on the road to a full recovery.
