(as the patient),

I visited the CASH clinic for a cervical smear test.

The nurse (Glynn) was extremely welcoming and explained everything to me about the procedure and what to expect afterwards regarding the results. She also made it clear that I was "in charge" and I should say if I was uncomfortable with anything at any stage.
