Was admitted on Sunday afternoon with a distal radius fracture to my right wrist. From entering the Accident & Emergency to leaving ward 33 I was treat with the utmost of respect. Each department liaised efficiently to ensure a smooth transition from A&E to ward 33 and to operating theatre. All staff were most helpful, caring and efficient, making sure I was comfortable and pain free. The public are quick to complain and unfortunately do not always praise in writing where praise is due. Thank you to all involved!
