I was very impressed with the service I received in the NNUH Neurology Department. My consultant was very approachable and explained his diagnosis with great empathy. His support staff, admin and nursing were efficient, effective, friendly and supportive. The service, including blood tests, was 'joined-up' and intuitive. I was very stressed before my appointment but the whole process was so smooth and helpful I was put at my ease. Car parking was also easy and the pay-on-exit charges are fair.
