i recieve excellent care at glenfield until you get to the discharge unit and either wait for a prescription or doctors discharge letter i waited four hours on monday november the 4th infact the staff said i should have got an award for patience Barry ward 33a

Dear Barry, Thank you very much for taking the time to review the service you received at Glenfield Hospital. We have passed your comments about the excellent care onto the clinical team and staff on Ward 33a. We are investing in additional pharmacy support to try and elevate delays around medication. We constantly measure every aspect of the patient’s journey and are constantly refining the processes and procedures however delays do happen and we would like to apologise wholeheartedly for the upset this caused you on this occasion.
