What I liked

I would like to thank staff for the thoroughly professional and friendly treatment and care given to my 94 year old mother. The efficiency with which she was immediately treated after a fall was quite amazing.

It astounds me that anyone can criticise your service in this respect.

I would like to say a very sincere thank you for your kind comments regarding the care received by your mother during her stay within the trust. We are always keen to hear feedback from our service users and work extremely hard to ensure we achieve a high standard of care for all of our service users. I will ensure this message is passed on the staff members who cared for your mother.
