all staff, from cleaners to surgeon were incredible. nothing was too much trouble and all my questions and queries were answered honestly and promptly. did not know what to expect but was pleasantly suprised and would assure anybody attending this ward that they have no worries about their welfare or treatment. my operation was carried out without pain or problems and I would recommend this ward to absolutely everybody. A big thank you to everybody on B 4
