I fractured my arm recently & was taken to wexham park hospital. I did not like it because:
- I was left alone with no one to talk to about what was happening to me and i wasn't helped to undress or dress.
- I felt like i was taking up the nurses pleasure time
- i said i was a vegetarian & was given a cold chicken leg & 2 bits of toast in the two & a half days of being there.
Overall i have never felt so unhappy in a hospital
Things i liked were leaving the hospital & thanks to a friendly bus driver who let me off the bus fare home as i had no money & no way of contacting any friends.
