(as a volunteer/advocate),

Having visited the ward as part of the patient feedback challenge we were impressed at how friendly the staff were.

We also saw some cards hanging on the notice board with excellent feedback about the ward.

It's nice to hear you found the staff friendly, we strive to get feedback and welcomed the involvements teams support, we have a recived a card and find this a good way to feed back. From patients family To all the staff on Sliver Birch Ward. Just wanted to send our thanks and appreciatation for your support,advice and kindness you show whilst ---- was on your ward.
