I witnessed seemingly horrendous treatment of a vulnerable, distressed patient. Luckily it was only a short stay.

I am concerned to note your posting and would like to ask if you have not done so already if you could contact the PALS team who with some further information will look into the concerns you have raised. There have been some delays in responding to Patient Opinion due to long-term absence within our department, for which I can only apologise, however, I would like to reassure you that any concerns around poor treatment or any form of abuse would be taken very seriously.
