"Being a patient in Crawley Day Surgery Unit"

About: Crawley Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I arrived onto the unit to have an incision to remove a cyst from my neck.

The staff from the receptionist to the admitting nurses, theatre nurses, consultant and junior doctors could not be faulted. It was absolutely seamless and faultless.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
