"Treated with dignity and respect in A&E"

About: Gilbert Bain Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a relative),

My 2 year old grand daughter, her mum and me during a visit to A&E, Gilbert Bain hospital, Lerwick.

Treated with dignity and respect at all times. Staff were professional, informative and engaging at all times. We all felt that staff went the extra mile to ensure that our experience and aftercare were a first class experience.

Clean environment.

Appropriate decor for children and their carers.

A brilliant team including the reception staff and walk in clinic.
