My husband went in to Blackburn Royal and it was the biggest nightmare I have ever experienced. The lack of care he received is still traumatising us. Things went from bad to worse and eight days from surgery they had to stop and restart his heart. I can honestly said my dog gets better treated when he goes to the vets.
