What I liked

My mother wishes me to express her profound gratitude for the excellent level of care she received during her stay at Wansbeck General.

She cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and attitude of the staff, in fact she was quite sad to leave, describing the staff and fellow patients as being 'like a family'.

We are very pleased to learn that your mother had a positive experience and that she found all the staff carried out their work in a caring manner. We will pass on her kind comments to the staff as it’s always encouraging to know their hard work is appreciated. We hope your mother is on the road to a full recovery.
