Just wanted to take the time to thank the staff at West Mid for all their kindness and politeness. Was feeling very nervous when arriving at the hospital, but soon felt at ease due to the friendly doctors who saw me. Although having a very big needle in my mouth extracting puss from my quinsy, (which was actually quite painful) I felt quite comfortable with the presence of the staff, who made me feel a lot less nervous. After another 3 hours of liquids via IV, I was feeling great. Special thanks goes out to two doctors and a lovely nurse. Kind Regards, Krystle Goodman
