I would like to thank everyone who took care of my aunt the last couple of day this really helpe and also the support they gave to us during and after. I am glad that the in care was much better than the outpatients care

Thank you for commenting. We were pleased your Aunt's care was good and you received support at this difficult time. It was less than satisfactory to learn of the outpatient experience and we would be pleased to talk to you about this when the time is right for you. Please let PALS know via pals@addenbrookes.nhs.uk if you could provide more detail. There is a lot of work going on in our Outpatient Department at the moment and any views would be helpful.
