I attended the Urgent Care Centre at Hemel today with a foot injury. I arrived and was greeted by two friendly, but professional, receptionists, one of whom took my details and asked me to take a seat. I was seen quite promptly by a lovely helpful doctor who took the time to make a note of my medical history and have a look at my foot. I was sent for an x-ray and again didn't wait long before I was seen by a friendly member of staff. Having read other people's reviews I was unsure about going to this Urgent Care Centre, but my experience was thoroughly positive. I suspect this was helped by the fact it was fairly quiet when I was there, but I wouldn't hesitate to go here again if the need arises. Please pass on my thanks to the Urgent Care team.
