i have been visiting the F9 ward as my grandmother has been admitted there recently. I asked the Nurse about my grandmother - when she will be seen by a doctor for a procedure, the nurse said 'i have no idea, not been told, im not being funy but i dont have a crystal ball! All what i wanted was a simple answer not sarcasm! I feel sorry for patients being admitted in such place where care is being provided and staff are unwilling to look in files for info for carers! unsatisfied NHS Worker
