What I liked

Both our mother and aunt were admitted to Wansbeck Hospital recently. The atmosphere was always cheerful and friendly, nothing was ever a bother.

Staff were faultless in their consideration, humour and level of care and attention. In the light of constant criticism in the press and the constant moaning of anyone you talk to about the level of care in hospitals, waiting lists infections etc, we thought the staff at Wansbeck did a great job.
