"Shoulder dislocation remedied with fracture..."

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Anything else?

Please extend my grateful thanks to the team on "minor injuries" in A&E. I fell and dislocated / fractured my left shoulder while on holiday in Oxford.- John Radcliffe Hospital staff - doctors and trauma team were very kind and considerate, even under the circumstances of a busy A&E Department, where my "modified" shoulder was relocated. Upon leaving A&E, to aid my local NHS Trust, a copy of the notes and data was provided for them to continue with the course of treatment. .

Thank you for your feedback regarding the care you received from the Minor Injuries team at the John Radcliffe Hospital A&E Department. It is always nice for the Trust to receive such positive comments and these will be passed to the staff involved in your care. I hope that you are now making a good recovery from your shoulder injury and wish you well for the future. Should you at any time wish to contact the trust directly with any comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison team on 01865 221473 or at palsjr@ouh.nhs.uk.
