Anything else?
My 13 year old son had 4 teeth out today under general anaesthetic in the day case unit. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly to myself and my son. He was very anxious about his operation but was soon put at ease by his lovely nurse. I was extremely impressed at the efficiency and kindness we encountered today. All the staff there were wonderful throughout and we even had our own little room for before and after the operation.
