I had such a good experience at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Antenatal care great from midwives, I was high risk so met one of the supervisors of midwife, as I wanted a homebirth, who was very understanding and helped me to talk through and understand options. He was great. In the end I went to the labour ward, great staff! One of the midwives kept on making me laugh and everyone so friendly. Food on the postnatal ward wasn't great but what do you expect from hospital food. There was also senior staff coming around asking how my experience was, and for my feedback which I thought was very good. Really suprised about the maternity unit as I have read bad experiences. Would definitely go there again. Thank you.
