(as the patient),

Because I was a social worker for 27 years I thought I knew how to deal with my problems. Laura helped me to see outside of the box and accept that I was not moving forward. She was very patient and understanding. The whole process has managed to make me realise that I was never going to improve without this help. I am very grateful to her and IAPT for this service.
