(as the patient),

Elaine helped me to recognize what my issues were and how best to deal/manage them. She gave me some really useful/helpful reading material to do which helped me identify what really matters to me and what's important in my life. We discussed a 'setback' plan should I ever feel how I did before. Elaine gave me the confidence to believe in me and to recognize that I always have a choice.
