I recently had a total hip replacement on ward d48. The theatre staff were brilliant, reassuring and caring while explaining what they were doing. Once on the ward the staff were fantastic, the only little gripe would be that the night staff didn't keep noise down and talked loudly and banged about a bit. The food was excellent, plenty choice and good quality. Cleanliness was outstanding. A first class experience and I'm now well on the mend. Thanks to all concered.
