I was referred to the hospital by my GP, with a very painful and large abscess in my armpit. Within 12 hours my pain is gone, my abscess has been drained and I am home. Every member of staff that I had contact with was positive, motivated and helpful. I felt at ease at every stage of the process. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and could not have hoped for a better scenario. Thank you to all involved.
