(as a service user),

The TRAQS team were very quick getting in touch with me and they gave me two choices about where I wanted to go, also different times to suite me.

Very satisfied.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback. TRAQS was developed in June 2012 by the Telford and Wrekin PCT to offer patients as much choice as possible in terms of hospital/ clinic provider.
