"I now feel better about the present and the future"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

Initially I was confused, worried, anxious and even angry at myself for 'needing' therapy.

My therapist at Inclusion Matters listened and offered support in a non-judgemental way, with practical exercises to help me focus on key issues and develop a more rational and balanced way of thinking.

My anxiety and stress levels reduced over the course of four sessions and I now feel better about the present and the future.

Thanks.

Dear Armies660

I am delighted to hear that you attended therapy despite your concerns and anxieties. Many people feel like this before starting sessions and so sharing your experience is really hepful.

I am delighted that you feel so much better after your 4 sessions and are hopefully looking forward to the futire in a much more positive way. Thanks again for the feedback.

Kind regards

Heather
