About: Community Health Services / District nursing

(as the patient),

1) The young man answering the phone in St Helens was extremely helpful in making my bookings. He even phoned me back with cancellations to get me in sooner. Most grateful.

2) The desk staff at Newton were friendly, helpful and courteous.

3) The dressings team and nurses have all been caring, considerate and courteous.
