"They keep sending me to the hospital instead of coming out to see me at home"

I have a number of health problems and have needed to use the 111 service 11 times in the last month. I have a hearing defect and have problems hearing them.

They keep sending me to the hospital instead of coming out to see me at home which is what I would prefer. I do ask them but I am either told to go to the A&E or to the Harmoni clinic.

This last time I called 111 they made an appointment for me to go to the Harmoni clinic, I was seen very quickly. I took all the medication I was on from the Ealing Hospital, the doctor at Harmoni prescribed something new for me.

I preferred the service under the 0845 number, there was no waiting time under that service.
