(as the patient),

Having recently been admitted to A&E, then the AMU before being transferred to Kimberley Ward, I would like you to know that I was very impressed and pleased with the way I was dealt with. All the Staff involved were polite and helpful. Is it possible for patients to be made aware that TV is free at times?
