"being sent by gp to walk in centre"

About: East Surrey Hospital

(as the patient),

I would like to say I had to go to the walk in centre on monday afternoon at east surrey hospital and and I really did not expect to be seen and treated within 2 hrs. The staff were terrific and caring especially the doctor who treated me her name was Doctor Jenny but unfortunately I did not get her last name. This doctor's bedside manner and understanding was without a doubt the best I have ever experienced. Along with everyone else especially the porter who made me tea.

Dear mips,

Thank you for posting your kind words about your recent experience at East Surrey Hospital. I will ensure that the Doctor you particularly mention receives a copy of your comments and I'm sure they will be pleased to read them. I suspect I also know which porter you are referring to and I will also ensure that he receives your thanks.

Regards

Ian
