What I liked

I have been in and out of the JCUH for a number of years now,and the staff have always been very helpfull,the Hospital is always very clean,and the food is good,my most memorable day was when Princess Diana paid a visit and I was lucky enough to see and meet her.

What could be improved

Parking,and the cost of using Phone TV.When using the TV you pay for a 24 hour period I don;t think this is fair as you are not able to watch it through the night.
