I must admit I had trepidations about the Hospital when I went in for a new knee and a brief stay on Kirstone2 ward. I couldn't have been better treated if I had been a guest in someone's home. The nurses and staff where caring, considerate, warm, friendly and efficient. They did all this and still were run off their feet. The room was super clean, bright and easy to get around. The physiotherapy aid assigned to me was kind, helpful and accessible. I was treated with dignity and even the food was pretty good! I am on the road to recovery now and feel that the treatment pre and post surgery was outstanding. Thank you
