I attended today for a planned colonoscopy, it was the second one I have received at LGH, but the first nurse lead procedure. The staff were excellent from admission to discharge. Everything was explained in full, the procedure itself was fine and everything was explained in full including the side effects of the sedation. The rooms and facilities were clean, the explanations were clear, concise and non-patronising. My needs for dignity were met, I cannot fault the levels and standards of care and professionalism. Thank You!
